Chinese culture in Singapore is very strong. Its very rare for chinese to revert to Islam - as following Islam is deemed as you "stop being Chinese/Burmese" etc. In fact most chinese , burmese etc in Singapore are just cultural practioners - most especially the young ones are agnostic or atheists. Im from Singspore. I was a female volunteer doing dawaah to young women. Leaving ancestral worship is big deal for chinese/ burmese etc - even if they dont believe it. May Allah make everything easy for this young man.

You confuse people when you say there is one God, Allah!? But God is in English as Allah is in Arabic meaning one and the same! It’s enough just to say there is only one God. A very common mistake most Muslims make. This confuses the non Muslims into thinking that we have specific name for God and that he is different.This pushes non Muslims away from thinking there is only one God. I hope this makes sense.
